How to Use Sex Work Bluesky: Grow Engagement and Attract Clients/Customers

Many SWers are not utilizing Bluesky in an effective manner. I, of course, was one of those SWers who had a large following but oddly got 20 likes on most of my posts. My SW advocacy posts, like they did on X, often went SW viral but my photos and videos got little engagement unless I spent hours on the platform commenting and liking other SWers posts. My civ job is very flexible so I do have the time to check in to socials throughout the day but it felt soul sucking to spend that much time engaging with strangers online.

As I began performing energy work focusing on opening the door to loving and successful communication, poetry and divine inspiration, a flip switched. I recently booked my first Bluesky FMTY and began booking multiple clients who reported finding me on the platform. The changes I made with my Bluesky content were intuitive and there's no explanation for how I discovered these tricks aside from divine inspiration.

Or, according to the heathens: I got lucky. It was all random.

Engagement on social media is useful for attracting clients to us because the more likes, comments and reposts we receive, the more potential client eyeballs are drawn to our brands.

First, let's go over the various ways SWers grow their engagement on Bluesky:

A Large X Following/Brand Recognition

Although I've been in and out of companionship and kink SW for over fifteen years (vampire genetics), I have only been Rose Blaze for a little over a year due to a rebrand I was forced into due to stalker/harasser/outer/hacker/doxxer/general nut of a demonic human being, a Vegas SW, putting me (and other SWers who remain silent in order to protect themselves) in a dangerous position, as she continues to do, with her targeted, systematic, unreciprocated harassment and doxxing on many "anonymous" social media accounts. But that's a different story for a different day.

Grey rocking a narcissist who truly believes their lies and has harmed multiple vulnerable SWers ain't easy, folks, and I apologize if I falter. Please excuse my tangent. I am working on letting go of my rage at the fact that predators can hide in plain site, lie, play the victim and further abuse folks.

I rebranded, lost my large X following and can no longer be on the platform because some malignant individuals will do anything, and I mean anything to silence us if they view us as a threat to their image.

My new X account was immediately targeted by this nutty woman (who has a criminal history of harassment and making international news headlines for a series of harmful, nutty lies she told i.e. da bish is unwell. cray cray, if you will.) on her twenty trillion sock accounts, rendering my posts invisible so no one could see my posts when I warned folks about her predatory behavior. I wasn't able to utilize X to build engagement and organically attract clients with this woman and her misled associates false flagging all of my posts.

Much of the attention and engagement SWers receive on social media is due to brand recognition. Even if someone is problematic and an abusive bully, they'll still be able to farm engagement based on their presence in the community using the same name for a few years.

Due to X's hate-boosting algorithms, negativity/bullies rule the roost on X as the community sits back and watches, scared to call our this harassment lest they become the next target. This is, whether we realize it or not, very detrimental to our mental health so I'm actually extremely grateful to no longer be on that platform.

I lost all of my social capital when I had to change my work name and rebrand, losing my decently sized X following in the process.

Starting over on Bluesky with no following on social media or brand recognition means I didn't think it was possible for me to grow organic engagement and attract clients to me from the platform. Goddess, was I wrong. All it took was a dash of magick to open the door to the blessings I deserve.

Conventional Beauty and Ridiculously Artistic Photos

There's a certain provider I'm thinking of here who has both brand recognition, and a large X following because she's had the same persona for a few years and is ridiculously attractive with ridiculously artistic, expensive photos.

I'm not saying I'm not attractive but I'm very unique looking. This is a good and a bad thing. It means a smaller group of admirers really love me. It also means that I lack the mass appeal of a blonde with implants.

Spend All Day Commenting and Liking Posts

This, my friends, makes me feel like my soul has been sucked out of my body. Before I began to evolve and heal spiritually, I had a nasty X addiction and although my addictive scrolling, commenting and liking posts meant my brand name was recognizable to many, it took a toll on my health.

The bullying, hate and negativity that goes viral on X thankfully is mostly ignored on Bluesky but I still can't stand scrolling.

Some people will farm engagement on Bluesky in a very low intellect way, and I feel I have to mention it here because it may benefit someone: They go to SWer starter pack lists and like every single post, commenting on quite a few. This does bring more client eyeballs to our page and will often make the SW whose posts we like reciprocate the favor.

And this, dear reader, is how sociopaths, actual pathological liars and malignant people become popular on social media. Obsessed with their image, lacking any productive life endeavors due to severe insecurity, they become good at social media because they spend so much time love bombing folks in the comments and DMs.

Because I barely scroll/like/comment, I suffer brand recognition-wise and people feel like they don't "know" me when in reality, we don't really "know" anyone from social media.

I refuse to spend my time doing something soulless and truly didn't care enough to engage in this engagement farming on a regular basis but when I did, it kinda paid off by increasing the engagement on my posts but I didn't get that much of a boost in engagement and it was a huge time suck.

Buying Likes

Just google "Buy Bluesky likes" and you'll see how easy it is to buy engagement online. This is more to soothe our egos than anything else.

Visceral Marketing: Make Content like a Content Creator

And this, my dear reader, is truly the key to building engagement on Bluesky while actually making money from the platform: Give the gooners what they want.

Videos will attract engagement, clients and grow our followings on Bluesky. This is in contrast to X where polished, highly edited, expensive, professional photoshoots get all the likes, comments and reposts.

That's why so many in-person SWers are not booking clients organically from Bluesky: We're used to videos getting little traction on SW X and treat Bluesky like it's X. We're used to polished photoshoot photos going viral and attracting potential clients.

I didn't know what a gooner was until I set up a Bluesky account because the word is very prevalent on the platform but not as popular on X. Why? I assume it's because online SWers are extremely popular on Bluesky. Either way, the type of client/customer who's on Bluesky wants to see the real deal, cellulite and all. He wants to feel like he knows you. Or she. Or they.

I also feel like, considering I'm over 34, I shouldn't be using the word "gooner" because it makes me sound like a mom trying to be cool and hip.

I stumbled across this game changing information regarding the popularity of video because I'm highly intuitive and because I've never liked static photos of myself. What truly gets me off is shooting video of myself and I've always done it because it lands me clients. The videos I was posting on Bluesky in the beginning, however, weren't the right kind of videos for the Bluesky audience.

Clients aren't as dumb as some SWers think they are and know that photo editing can shave 30 pounds off, smooth skin, remove fat rolls, make us look 10 years younger and create perfectly formed catfish. (Read my Catfish blog on why I, as a client, wouldn't book providers who didn't post filter-less videos of themselves if you're interested.)

This awareness I've always had regarding the power of video marketing, and my dislike of photos, is why I began posting video on Bluesky but they weren't seductive enough. Well, some of them were. Scroll back through my posts and you'll see sheer, bling bodysuit videos that got decent engagement.

My lower quality muscle mommy videos, featuring your favorite redhead wearing black yoga pants and a tight top while slowly writhing around in ecstasy or pumping iron at the gym, surprised me when they got more engagement that my polished, classy videos in nice lingerie and dresses.

Get Horny: Less Class, More Sass

As I continued to perform energy workings to open the door to divine inspiration and make people fall in love with my images/words, I intuitively began filming more visceral videos. What do I mean by this? Think content creator: Home-movie background, less fancy aesthetics and more risqué outfits/body language.

Some providers are clutching their faux Van Cleef bracelets and exclaiming, but I want to attract wealthy, generous men! I must stay fully clothed.

Huh? Since when do classy men not like sensual content? There is an art to this and it's not easy to tread that line between classy, "high end" SWer and Bluesky-friendly content. But it can be done with a little time and effort.

This wasn't a conscious decision I made to film content in this manner. I was on tour and brought my ring light and extra outfits with me to shoot photos and videos but, unhappy with the way I looked in photos due to weird insecurities I know I shouldn't have, I shot a ton of random videos instead. I do, however, get myself into a very horny state when filming these videos and it clearly resonates with the viewers on Bluesky. I vape a little sativa, masturbate, put my energy raising music on and film.

Just look at the videos I've done that didn't get much attention. When I was filming a muted, non-sensual video clip of myself wearing a green minidress, I was mid-photoshoot and not feeling very sensual. I was tired and stressed. All of these effect the video performance on Bluesky.

Energy workers/brujas/witches/hoodoos/conjure people/sorceresses/any magickal practitioners will immediately understand what I'm saying here. True, some people lack intuition and discernment and can't read energy well. They can't tell when someone is lying to them, can't read the energy others emit.

But even the most soulless human has the ability to read energy to a certain extent and my sensual energy emanates off the screen in the more recent videos I've filmed. The viewers on Bluesky want intimate, realistic, unedited and unpolished video clips. I still tread that fine line between "classy" companion and risqué provocateur.

Additionally, I'm not even using a professional camera to shoot my videos. I do have a nice Canon camera that films video gifted to me by an awesome admirer but I... I really can't be assed to figure out how to use it. I know, I know. ADHD tings. Sorry. My selfie camera videos do the trick despite my owning a tripod and all the equipment to shoot higher quality videos.

Sensual, less polished, content creator style photos and videos will often garner more engagement and clients than a boring professional photoshoot photo that everyone knows is edited because the "gooner" audience on Bluesky enjoys content creator content.

Advice for Disabled SWers

If you have physical conditions that may limit your movement, let me give you some insight regarding what works for me.

I really hate discussing this publicly, because ableism, and always end up deleting the blogs and social media posts I make discussing disability because it really, my opinion, scares clients away because the fantasy companion isn't disabled. Many, many SWers are disabled and we don't discuss this publicly, with autism, apparently, being the one cool, sexy disability that a certain infamous companions use to market themselves.

A client recently said, "My driveway is uneven so I don't know if you'll be able to walk up it," after I had posted a blog about my ankle surgeries/miraculous survival after septic shock and I immediately deleted the blog. Why would you think I couldn't walk up a damn driveway? People really think disabled folks are helpless, can't move, and are always very visibly disabled and this stereotype, IMHO, turns clients off. They can't comprehend that many of us look, walk and fuck in a totally "normal" way so it's better for me to not mention it at all. And I'm hoping no potential clients are reading this right now...😜

Folks have no idea I'm disabled unless I tell them. Yes, I do wrestling sessions despite being disabled because wrestling occurs on the ground and I can still kick your ass despite the surgeries I had and other conditions I don't publicly discuss due to ignorance and non-sexiness.

I deadlift a lot more than my body weight, weight lift and am very strong s0 you can't tell by looking at me that my ankle lacks most of it's cartilage, preventing me from squatting, lunging, running, and being able to rotate my heel in order to walk more than a few awkward baby steps in high heels. To the clients reading: I CAN WALK "NORMALLY" when not wearing high heels.

So how do I film these videos wearing stilettos? If you're watching closely, you'll see that I don't walk and merely wriggle. It can look a bit awkward but because I don't care and look so hot, no one notices.

I distract the viewer with my hands, moving them slowly around my figure and film a very short clip, then edit the clip to repeat however many times, adding music that makes me feel like a sexy badass. You'll often see me sitting down or leaning up against something if I'm wearing heels. A good hair flip or grab is a great distraction as well.

My most popular content on Bluesky features my stocking-clad legs. Bluesky loves stockings, apparently and I do have great legs. Full body shots perform better than non-full body shots, BTW.

Advice on Raising Energy for Successful Social Media Content Creation

The photos and videos I shoot of myself when I'm really feeling like a hot, Divine, badass perform the best and I know not everyone knows how to invoke this energy so I'll try to explain.

It's true, not everyone loves attention and filming themselves. Energy work AKA magick has changed everything about my life and I began invoking (calling in) the energy of the Divine Feminine Erotic Goddess before bookings and filming. As I've said in my magick blog posts, "If we knock, they will answer." If we ask, she will provide. She's here with you right now, watching, waiting for you to call upon her aid.

This powerful, ancient energy has existed since the beginning of time and I recommend you read my other posts on magic to learn more. It's very easy to invoke energy and this Divine Erotic energy will become more powerful each time we invoke her.

First, I cleanse myself with smoke/intention (details in my other blogs) to remove negative energy. I use my homemade Self Love, Attraction, Love and Prosperity oils, anointing myself while speaking into existence what I desire and require. Making our own magickal oils is extremely easy and effective.

"I am good enough," I repeat 3x as I apply Self Love oil to the crown of my head and the soles of my feet.

"I am Source" "I am Sacred" "I am the Divine Feminine Erotic Goddess" are all phrases I repeat 3x to rewire my brain to the frequency of self love and to claim this Divine power.

"I invoke the Divine Feminine Erotic Goddess. (Insert client name) loves everything about me. He's magnetically attracted to the words that I speak. He thinks about me constantly. He loves my body, my eyes, my hair, my lips: I am the Divine Feminine Erotic Goddess," is an example of how I'd invoke her energy. Preparing an oil that holds this energy to use before bookings is useful, as is lighting a candle for her during the booking.

I suppose an entire blog post should be made on this so I'll reel it back in now.

Music, the Spirit of Air, is very powerful in terms of raising this Divine Feminine Erotic energy so I always have a speaker with me. Adding music to my sessions/videos further enchants clients. This is a form of Glamour Magick but, as usual... Another blog for another day.

Additional Tips for Building Bluesky

Post multiple times a day. This isn't what works on X because X's algo doesn't favor posting frequently. Bluesky doesn't have an algorithm so it's best to repost ourselves and post fresh videos daily if possible. So logging into the app a few times a day is useful for me.

I'm not saying that photos don't get organic engagement on Bluesky. Once we've been on the platform for a while, and our followers know who we are, we can build a relationship with them and they'll engage with anything we post.

As always, I'm sharing what works for me. I've noticed other companions/in-person dommes failing to utilize this platform effectively, like I did for months, and I know many of us don't have the time to sit online liking a ton of posts and commenting, or we lack brand recognition, so hopefully I've helped at least one person with this post.

Reading a book written by a branding expert and rewriting my ad copy, as well as switching my social media strategy up also dramatically changed my business but, as usual, that's a blog for another ADHD day.
